Susana Emily Prime

Susana Emily Prime was born on January 14, 2005 and died on January 22, 2023. She was the fourth of five children born to Philip and Sandra Prime in Irapuato, Guanajuato, Mexico.

Suzy grew up in Mexico as a missionary kid and came to know Christ at an early age. Her delightful personality was always accompanied by a smile or a goofy facial expression that spread so much joy through her laughter. Suzy was someone you always wanted to be around with her many expressions like, “Whaaat” and "All right Bruh” that were just part of her special personality. Suzy was by nature reserved and quiet, not sharing her feelings with just anyone. And even though she was shy, once you truly got to know her her funny personality would come out.

Suzy was careful about the friendships she cultivated at school and would spend more time with those that she felt would help her in her Christian walk. Suzy loved the Lord very much and was always inviting her classmates to come to church with her as she lived out the Gospel before them. This was her ministry.

At fourteen, Suzy started working at the Humble Crumb bakery and loved her job serving the customers. Suzy was always such a delight to work with and really enjoyed working with her friends from church.

Suzy started playing soccer her freshman year and though she never truly mastered the sport, she still worked hard at every practice and gave it her best when she went into the game.

Like her siblings (Miriam, Andrea, Elizabeth and Danny), Suzy really enjoyed music. She enjoyed playing the mandolin and piano and had a beautiful voice. Suzy and her siblings enjoyed doing many things together: grabbing coffee, running to Sonic or making a late night run to the gas station to get snacks.
